Please note that data collection forms use the Internet – an insecure medium – but we have taken all practical measures to protect your personal data. 

If Travel Services obtains sensitive personal data – as defined in the  Data Protection Act 1998 – the company will seek your explicit consent to any processing, where practical to do so.

The company will not share any personal data or sensitive personal data with third parties unless required to do so by contractual requirement and/or UK Law.  We cannot accept liability for processing carried out by any third party outside our remit.
